Implant Settlement

MANHATTAN — A cohort of 49 state attorneys general agreed to a settlement with C.R. Bard and its parent company to pay $60 million for misleading women about the risks of now-discontinued pelvic mesh implants that caused sexual pain and urinary tract infections.
