Immigration Detention

Immigrant families detained in Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities in Texas and Pennsylvania, who sought an order for better conditions or their release because of concerns about their heightened risk of contracting Covid-19, are not entitled to mandamus relief, a federal court in Washington ruled.
