A federal court in New York dismissed a defamation suit brought by a woman who inspired Jennifer Lopez’ character in the movie Hustlers, which is about a group of strippers who drugged their customers and stole large amounts of money from them. The woman only alleges the movie used her likeness — not her name, picture or voice — without her consent and she did not establish actual malice.
