SAN DIEGO (CN) – No wonder the customers seem so happy. Sony accuses Alorica of fraud and breach of contract, saying it hired Alorica to handle customer service and technical support call centers, and to complete customer-satisfaction surveys, then found at least two Alorica employees filling in the customer-satisfaction surveys on their own, after 10 employees were reprimanded for not filling out the survey at all if customers seemed unhappy.
