Hawaii Quarantine

A federal court in Hawaii denied several individuals’ application for a temporary restraining order to enjoin the state from enforcing a 14-day quarantine on people arriving from out-of-state, finding “the desires of a few cannot override the community’s interest in preserving its health and well-being.”
