Harley-Davidson Accused Of Trade Restraint

CHICAGO (CN) - Harley-Davidson violates antitrust law by ordering its dealers to buy customized plastic merchandise bags only from Harley-Davidson, Packaging Supplies Inc. claims in Federal Court. PSI says Harley's recent policy change interfered with its years-long relationship with 125 Harley dealers and constitutes illegal tying in restraint of trade. See complaint.
