Gun stabilizing braces

AMARILLO, Texas — A Texan and two Wisconsinites sued the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Amarillo federal court seeking to block a Biden administration rule that recategorizes pistols with stabilizing braces as short-barreled rifles.
