Governor’s son’s law license reinstated

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Arkansas Supreme Court reinstated the law license of William Asa Hutchinson III, the state governor’s son, who pleaded not guilty to DUI and drug possession charges related to a January arrest that prompted a committee to suspend his law license. The suspension came without notice or hearing, and though this happens with some frequency, the majority said such suspensions should not happen.
