LOS ANGELES - Toho Co., which ferociously defends its Godzilla trademark, sued Honda for its Odyssey minivan TV commercial featuring the beast. It also sued Rubin Postaer and Associates, which designed the ad, and Thought Equity Motion, a "clip license company." Toho sued Honda on similar claims a few years ago, after Honda made a Godzilla float for the Rose Bowl Parade.
