WASHINGTON (CN) - A Marine Corps veteran who is a city planner claims a federal officer arrested him for "unlawful entry" to the U.S. Supreme Court because he wore a jacket that said "Occupy Everywhere" on it, in Federal Court.
The plaintiff, Fitzgerald Scott, says the charge was dismissed.
He seeks damages for false arrest and imprisonment, and wants the arrest expunged.
He is represented by Jeffrey Light.
