HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – A federal court in Alabama dismissed a transgender person’s complaint against their former employer, Northrop Grumman, ruling that “gender identity disorders” are specifically excluded from protection by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The person, a field engineer, was replaced as manager after discussing their gender dysphoria with supervisors.
