MILWAUKEE (CN) - The City of Milwaukee unconstitutionally refused to let the Milwaukee Gay Arts Center stage a musical show, "Naked Boys Singing," the center claims in Federal Court. It claims the Milwaukee PD harassed it in response to a bogus citizen's complaint, and the City stopped the show by refusing to issue a permit.
