PAINESVILLE, Ohio - Two class actions blame The East Ohio Gas Co. dba Dominion East Ohio for "numerous explosions," eight house fires and an apartment fire in Fairport Harbor on Jan. 24, due to negligently maintained natural gas lines. The town of 1,500 was evacuated.
