PHOENIX - Medical flight companies including Archangel Air Ambulance preyed upon a woman dying of cancer who wanted to see family in the Philippines upon getting the terminal diagnosis, her brother claims in District Court. After the defendants canceled the flight, falsely claiming that she never paid the $130,000, the cancer-stricken woman flew commercial and died five days later.
