NEW YORK — The Second Circuit upheld the dismissal of Employee Retirement Income Security Act claims brought against an NFL retirement plan by a former player Andre Royal, who was receiving disability benefits for seizures and sought reclassification under the plan to receive more benefits. His claims are time-barred.
