MIAMI (CN) - A model claims hackers stole nude photos and personal information from her iPhone and reposted it with libelous accounts on her Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Iesha Marie Crespo sued John Doe in Federal Court.
Crespo, 28, seeks damages for computer crimes, intrusion, privacy invasion, defamation and other charges.
She also will seek the identity of John Doe through discovery, her attorney Darren Heitner, with Wolfe Law Miami, said in a statement.
