BURLINGTON, KY. (CN) - The longtime manager of the Lowe's Home Improvement store in Florence, Ky., claims that his new district manager, co-defendant Chester Henson, threatened and harassed him and his employees, threatening to "kick their teeth in," and "shoot them 'Mafia style.'" Plaintiff Harold Hignite claims that when he refused to join Henson in abusing Lowe's workers, he was fired for "conduct not becoming of a manager" - making Lowe's our Employer of the Day.
