SANTA FE, N.M. (CN) - A "computer porn ring" of high-ranking officers in the County of Santa Fe's Youth Development Program allowed a former high-ranking administrator, who was demoted for sexual harassment, to harass, sexually assault and masturbate and ejaculate upon a co-worker, she claims in Santa Fe District Court.
The woman claims defendant Mike Pahos, her alleged sexual assailant, was given free rein by co-defendants Mike Parrish, the county's director of corrections; his successor Annabelle Romero; and YDP administrators Billy Merrifield and Robert Apodaca. She claims Pahos, Merrifield and Apodaca were all in the "computer porn ring," and that all of them sent electronic pornography to her. She claims Pahos sexually gratified himself upon her repeatedly in the office, and eventually cornered her in his office, pulled his pants down and masturbated and ejaculated on her. She demands punitive damages. She is represented by David Sandoval.
