AUSTIN, Texas — The Texas Supreme Court ruled that Lockheed Martin is entitled to a tax refund from the state in a dispute relating to F-16 fighter jets built in Fort Worth for the U.S. government and then sold to foreign governments. Receipts from the sales of the aircraft were not “properly sourced” to Texas, and the company is entitled to a refund of franchise taxes.
