Fentanyl overdose

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Wrongful death claims brought against a pharmacy on behalf of a man who died from an overdose of illegally obtained fentanyl are barred because his death was based, at least in part, on his own illegal conduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled.
