Federal Circuit

ATTORNEY FEES - The Office of Special Counsel alleged that Richard Perkins, the deputy police chief and a member of the Nevada Assembly, violated the Hatch Act by running for re-election as a Democratic candidate in 2002 and by filing for re-election as a Democratic candidate in 2004. The Federal Circuit dismissed Perkins' appeal from the denial of attorney fees for lack of jurisdiction.
