EPA satisfies states’ request

DES MOINES, Iowa — The states of Iowa and Nebraska voluntarily dismissed their lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency after it issued a new final rule that removed a waiver related to gasoline-ethanol blends that contained 10% ethanol.
