The Friends of the Everglades claim the U.S. EPA violated the Clean Water Act in a June 13 Final Rule that allows polluted water to be sent from one navigable water to another, in Miami Federal Court.      Pfizer will pay $975,000 for Clean Air Act violations at its plant in Groton, Conn., under a consent decree in Bridgeport Federal Court.
