Frontier Refining and Frontier El Dorado Refining Co. violated the Clean Air Act at its refineries in Cheyenne, Wyo., and El Dorado, Kan., the USA says in Wichita Federal Court. The USA sued Hermes Consolidated dba Wyoming Refining Co. in a similar complaint in Cheyenne Federal Court.
