Peter Leeds, original manager of the band "Blondie," has sued band members Deborah Harry, James Mollica, Clement Bozewski, and EMI Music, in a dispute over their 1979 contract, in New York County Court.

Ascent Media Group, a post-production film services company, sued its former vice president Roy Stewart, claiming he misappropriated trade secrets and took them to competitor Technicolor, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
