Conan Properties International claims Lions Gate Entertainment and associated failed to account for profits from the "Conan" films, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Here are the defendants in Conan v. Lions Gate: Lions Gate Entertainment Corp.; Lions Gate Entertainment Inc.; Kinnevik Media Properties Ltd.; Modern Times Group Mtg AB; Modern Entertainment Ltd.; December Associates LLC; Paradise Films Inc.; Edward R. Pressman Productions Inc.; and Edward R. Pressman Film Corp.

William Bernhardt's ex-wife claims that Bernhardt, Trident Media, Robert Gottleib and Daniel Strone have cheated her of $150,000 in royalties due her for her husband's books, since their December 2005 divorce, in Tulsa County Court.
