David Leener claims he had the idea for the Fox TV series "Sarah Connor Chronicles: Terminator," and these defendants swiped it without paying him: C2 Pictures, Cinergi Entertainment, Warner Bros. Entertainment, and Fox Broadcasting Co., in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Kevin Donnelly claims Wolf Records, run by Hannes Folterbauer, both of Austria, and their U.S. rep, Joanne Larson, violated copyright by re-releasing his 1988 album, "The Soul of Lefty Dizz," on two Wolf albums, "Chicago's Best West- and Southside Blues Singers Volume 2," and "Lefty Dizz, The Healer," in Chicago Federal Court.
