     Millennium Films claims Tutima USA, which makes watches, stiffed it for $50,000 it promised to pay for Millenium’s placing a Tutima logo on Al Pacino for 2-3 seconds in the movie, “Righteous Kill,” and also refused to buy $1 million in ads featuring the film and Tutima watches, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

     
     Richard La Plante claims Touchstone Pictures’ “Wild Hogs” movie was based on his “Road Kings” screenplay, in Los Angeles Federal Court.
