Millennium Films claims Tutima USA, which makes watches, stiffed it for $50,000 it promised to pay for Millenium's placing a Tutima logo on Al Pacino for 2-3 seconds in the movie, "Righteous Kill," and also refused to buy $1 million in ads featuring the film and Tutima watches, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
