Swedish guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen claims Cleopatra Records, BHP Music and Ron Keel violated copyright and profited from using his name, by re-releasing without his permission the "Steeler" album, on which Keel and Malmsteen played long ago, in Manhattan Federal Court.
