Here are the defendants: George Porter Jr. dba Ora's Publishing, Russell Batiste dba Not So Serious Music, Brian Stoltz dba Long Overdue Music, Porter Batiste Stoltz LLC, Bugaloo Music, Screen Gems-EMI Music, Bug Music, and Cabbage Alley Music.
