BOSTON (CN) - The National Enquirer defamed a woman and humiliated her son in two stories that claim she "gave birth to Massachusetts Senator Edward Kennedy's 'love child,' then was 'paid off' as part of a 'scandal' and '20-year-cover up,'" Caroline Bilodeau-Allen and her son claim in Federal Court. "Virtually every critical fact which these stories reported is false and each is defamatory," Bilodeau-Allen says. See complaint.
