A woman demands punitive damages from Construct Company LLC, claiming it fired her for complaining that her boss, John Fasthorse, sexually harassed her by telling her he wanted to "pour cocaine all over her and lick it off," and other obnoxious statements, in Tacoma Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: North General Hospital Home Attendant Corp., in New York County Court; Countrywide Home Loans, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Subway 33182, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; Vandoros Ventures, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Alliance Title Co., in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; Daras Fast Lane, in Kansas City, Kan.; and New Dream Network, and Worldwide Golf Enterprises & Roger Dunn Golf Shops, in Orange County Court, Calif.
