An employee who sought a promotion claims Daniel Pfeiffer of Pfeiffer Lincoln-Mercury and Pfeiffer Infinity invited her to interview for the job, then stripped, masturbated and demanded "just a blow job," assaulting, harassing and constructively firing her, in Kent County Court, Mich.

Adrienne Tainer, a vice president in charge of seeing that defendant Wells Fargo Bank, National Association complies with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, claims the bank fired her for trying to do that, in Multnomah County Court, Portland, Ore.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Dollar General Corp., in Dane County Court, Wisc.; Metropolitan Trucking, in Miami-Dade County Court; Creditors Interchange Receivable Management, in Tampa Federal Court; Bridge Terminal Transport, in Los Angeles Superior Court; 1200 Collins Avenue, Benco Contractors Group, and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., in Miami Federal Court; FDS Aluminum, and Wright Guard Security, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; V&V & Sons, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Home Loan Center, Lending Tree and IAC/Interactive Corp., in one complaint, and H&M Perfection Fabrication and M&M Sheetmetal Products in a second one, in Orange County Court, Calif.
