Also sued were Aetna Maintenance, and Step's Towing Service St. Petersburg, in Tampa Federal Court; Best of the Best Catering Corp., in Fort Myers Federal Court; NCLN 20, in Sacramento Superior Court; Electronic Concepts Inc., in Houston Federal Court; Florida Rock & Tank Lines, in Jacksonville Federal Court; Metropolitan Delivery Corp., in Fort Pierce, Fla., Federal Court; and Allied Steel Buildings, and Bay State Supermarket, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court.
