Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Washington Mutual Bank, in Los Angeles Superior Court; The Pep Boys, and DST Output of California, in Sacramento Superior Court; Fremont General Corp., in San Francisco Federal Court; Five Towns Car Wash, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; Propak Corp., in San Bernardino County Court, Victorville; Jewish Geriatric Services, in Hampden County Court, Mass.; Reser's Fine Foods, in Multnomah County Court, Ore.; and Pool Pros, and Austin Powder Corp. in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
