A class-action complaint in Los Angeles Federal Court accuses Innovex of refusing to pay overtime, and other Labor Law violations.

Lewis Taylor Farms, Quality Produce, and Spring Hill Produce promised but failed to pay workers for travel and expenses from Mexico to Georgia, a class-action complaint claims in Valdosta Federal Court.

A class-action complaint in San Diego Superior Court, Vista, accuses The Pep Boys of paying employees with out of state checks, requiring a fee to be cashed.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Ardent Cos., and Carolina Energy Solutions, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Petro-Chemical Transportation, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Target Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; and DHL Holdings and Wood Air-Freight, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court.
