Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Staples, on behalf of managers and assistant managers, in Middlesex County Court, Woburn, Mass., and in a similar complaint in Allegheny County Court, Pa.; Aon Risk Services, in Chicago Federal Court; Safra National Bank of New York, in Manhattan Federal Court; L-3 Communications, in Oklahoma City Federal Court; Alorica Inc., in Tulsa Federal Court; Oceanview Wireless, CCL Plastic Packaging, Grill Concepts, and Il Cuoco and Vino Vecchio, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Arthritis and Back Pain Centers, Nicolas Business Group, and Pelican on Ocean, in Miami Federal Court; All American Roofing, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; and Southern Waste Systems, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
