Charles Horky III dba CLS Nevada deducted $1,000 apiece from 300 drivers' paychecks for an "accident fund," then "converted or misused the earned wages," drivers say in a class-action complaint in Clark County Court, Las Vegas.

Patrick Hyundai wants the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers Local 701 enjoined from picketing the Schaumburg auto dealership because of a labor dispute, in Cook County Court. Picketing began April 4.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Channel Source, Property Management Associates, Pizza Man, and Platinum Security, in Los Angeles Superior Court; The Hershey Co., in Oakland, Calif., Federal Court; Cardiology Associates of Marin and San Francisco Medical Group, in San Francisco Federal Court; UPS Ground Freight, in Madison, Wis., Federal Court; Bae Systems Advanced Ceramics, in San Diego Superior Court; Brown Printing Co., in Chicago Federal Court; Telecrafter Services, in Denver Federal Court; Lennar Homes, and Eros Perfume, in Fort Pierce, Fla., Federal Court; Security Management Innovations, in Miami Federal Court; and Peterson Bros., in Philadelphia state court.
