Pfizer discriminated against a woman and fired her for complaining about her boss's comments that divorced women are "immoral," and women in general are "religiously immoral," she claims in Oklahoma City Federal Court.

The latest illegal tip-pooling class action against Starbucks was filed in Philadelphia Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: World Mortgage Co., in San Diego Federal Court; JP Morgan Chase & Co., in Hartford Federal Court; Wells Fargo Financial, in Denver and Boise Federal Courts; Staples, on behalf of assistant store managers, in Bridgeport, Conn., Federal Court; International Paper Co., California Pizza Kitchen, and BP Products North America, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Denny's, and California Door Corp., in Monterey County Court; Aaron Healthcare, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Bulk Express Transport, Homestead Paving Co., R.D.G. Enterprises, and Mori Painting, in Miami Federal Court; Carriage Cemetery Services, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; and Prime Management Group, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
