     Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Comcast, on behalf of cable installers, in San Francisco Federal Court; Charlotte Russe Inc., and Ecology Control Industries, in Los Angeles Superior Court; RBS Lynx Inc., in San Diego Superior Court; Eyexam California, in Orange County Superior Court; Unitek USA, in Cook County Court; Interstate Distributor Co., in Pierce County Court, Tacoma; Bluemercury, in DC Superior Court; Power Direct, in Cuyahoga County Court, Cleveland; Over The Top Construction Corp., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Cipriani USA (restaurants and ballrooms), and T&H Security, in Manhattan Federal Court; and Canero Tire Corp., in Miami Federal Court.
