     Pilgrim’s Pride Corp. allowed its supervisor to sexually batter a woman he supervised, and fired her for complaining of it, she claims in Whitfield County Court, Ga.
     Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Lane Bryant, Integrated Media Solutions, Total Western, and Standard Parking Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; The Wedge Medical Center, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Sag Harbor Restaurant Corp. & Spinnakers Restaurant, in Brooklyn Federal Court; WC Custom Homes, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., and Big Sky Environmental Solutions, in Fort Pierce, Fla., Federal Court; Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Qualitas Corp., and Reiter Bunsic Corp., in West Palm Beach Federal Court; Physicians Group LLC, in Tampa Federal Court; Gentiva Health Services, Wiebel Hennells & Carude, Shoe Carnival, and Carsmetics, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
