Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Jim Falk Motors of Beverly Hills, National Envelope Corp., Drivetime Car Sales, Telscape Communications, T&J Pizza, and Flores Sierra Contractors, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Merry Maids, in Riverside Superior Court, Calif.; Robert Half International, in San Mateo County Court; SEPTA, for alleged racial discrimination, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Uscan Restoration Group, in Manhattan Federal Court; Joseph Properties, in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court; McArthur Dairy, in Miami Federal Court; C&C Painting Contractors, and AGR Group, in Tampa Federal Court.
