Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Los Angeles, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Touch of Class, in San Diego Superior Court; East Bay Municipal District, on behalf of telephone operators, in San Francisco Federal Court; Western United Insurance Co. and the California State Automobile Association, in a single complaint in Orange County Court; Windjammers Air Charter Screening, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Brenmar Construction, in Columbus, Ohio, Federal Court; and Airline Texaco, in Houston Federal Court.
