William Lyons, manager of the golf course at Fort Dix, sexually harassed a worker and defamed her when she complained, and the U.S. Army condoned it, the woman claims in Camden, N.J., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Davita and Total Renal Care, in a single complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court; Legacy Partners Residential Services, in Orange County Court, Calif.; North American Savings Bank, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; Smithfield Packing Co., in Raleigh, N.C., Federal Court; and ADT Security Services, in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court.
