     Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Reliable Trucking, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Eddie Bauer Inc., in Los Angeles Federal Court; Gladiator Inc. and Federal Covers & Textiles, in a single complaint in Raleigh, N.C., Federal Court; Liberty Eagle Plumbing & Heating, and NU Bright Shirts Corp., in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; Crouse Health System and affiliates, in Syracuse, N.Y., Federal Court; the City of Fort Wayne, in Fort Wayne Federal Court; Ameri-Pride, in Tampa Federal Court; Ag-Mart, in a farmworkers’ complaint in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; also in Fort Myers Federal, Kellogg & Kimsey, Mitchell & Stark Construction, the AIDS Resource Council of Southwest Florida, and De Marco Tile; Pasha Entertainment Group, V. West Enterprises, and Coil Tubing Services, in Houston Federal Court; and Triple E Trucking, in Kern County Court, Bakersfield.
