ABX Air hired undocumented immigrants at its Wilmington, Ohio, plant to drive down wages for everyone, and used Garcia Labor Co. of Ohio to do the hiring, a RICO class action claims in Cincinnati Federal Court.

Two employees say Raymond Bender, president of Classic Design Homes, assaulted and battered and sexually harassed them, in separate claims in Scranton Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Stewart Title Insurance Co., in San Diego Federal Court; Sonic Foods, in Los Angeles Superior Court; IBM, Lowe's, and CBC Restaurant Corp. dba Corner Bakery, in Orange County Court, Calif.; The Walking Co., Ruggieri Marble and Granite, O'Neil Data Systems, and American Corporate Security, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Adame Landscape, in Riverside County Court, Calif.; Direct Dairy Transport, in Fresno Federal Court; Comcast, in Cook County Court; Rite-Aid, in Manhattan Federal Court; DNR Construction, and AWM Construction, in Chicago Federal Court; and Sesquatchie County, Tenn., in Chattanooga Federal Court.
