Hooters discriminates against men by refusing to hire them as waiters, a class action claims in Corpus Christi Federal Court.

AT&T Operations, and ConAgra Foods, in Kansas City, Mo., Federal Court; Domino's Pizza, in Trenton, N.J., Federal Court; Dotnext and LeapFish, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Eagle Nationwide Mortgage Co., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Veracity Research Co., in Minneapolis Federal Court; ICT Group, for a mass layoff, in Erie, Pa., Federal Court; Rheem Sales Co., for a mass layoff, in Atlanta Federal Court; Chicago Restaurants dba Hot Tin Roof, in San Antonio Federal Court; Torres Commercial Cleaning, in Dallas Federal Court; Restaurant Works, in Austin Federal Court; Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide dba Westin Maui Resort & Spa, in Honolulu Federal Court; J&D Welding, in Orlando Federal Court; Executive Transportation Services, and After Hours Garage of Ocala, in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court.
