Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Starbucks, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Bear Stearns Residential Mortgage Corp., and Mobile Magic of California, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Rockaway Park Hotel, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Flemings/Boston, in Suffolk County Court; Today Property Management, in Atlanta Federal Court; Reliable Mail Services, and Café Orchid Co., in Chicago Federal Court; All Clean Laundromat, in Manhattan Federal Court; South Bay Distribution, Staffchex and Personal Plus, in a single claim in Los Angeles Superior Court; and Waste Connections of California, in Sacramento Federal Court.
