Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Freeway Insurance Services, in Sacramento Federal Court; Peak Construction, in Phoenix Federal Court; JP Morgan Chase & Co., in Orlando Federal Court; U.S. Home Services, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Reliance Security & Consulting, in Cook County Court; the Northwest Tennessee Economic Development Council, in Memphis Federal Court; and Ted's Trash Service, in Jackson County Court, Independence, Mo.
