A class action in Harrisburg Federal Court, Pa., accuses Public Opinion publisher Ron Clausen and circulation director George Fuller of discriminating against and creating a hostile work environment for female employees. Defendants include MediaNews Group, TNP Publishing, Texas-New Mexico Newspapers Partnership.

Monaco Coach Corp. failed to give its employees 60 days notice of mass layoffs, a class action claims in Oregon Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Ultra Stores in Orange County Superior Court; Diamond Night Design dba Gutters Unlimited Plus in Ft. Myers Federal Court (Fla.); VH Property Corp. dba Trump National Golf Club, Wells Fargo & Co., Nogales Investors Management, Insync Marketing Solutions, Graphic Press, M.C. Gill Corp. and Automatic Data Processing in Los Angeles Superior Court; Myan Management Group and SRF Personnel in Dallas Federal Court; Taqueria El Alteno No. 1 in Houston Federal Court; Citibank NA in Los Angeles Federal Court; Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Tennessee, Enterprise Rent-A-Car Co. and Absolute Security of America in Atlanta Federal Court; MV Transportation in Baltimore Federal Court; Food Service Management, Kobra Associates and AE Operations in Placer County Court (Calif.); and URS Corp., EG&G Technical Services and Washington Group International in Alabama Federal Court.
